About the role

About the Team

We craft clear, trustworthy product experiences that help adults navigate the online gambling industry responsibly. Our design culture values clarity over clutter, measurable outcomes over opinions, and accessibility from day one. If you’re excited to turn research into elegant, performant interfaces for Indian audiences, this role is for you.

The Role

As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will own end-to-end design—from discovery and UX research to wireframes, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready specs. You’ll partner closely with content, product, and engineering to ship iterative improvements that elevate comprehension, reduce friction, and increase user confidence. The focus is on journeys that matter locally: onboarding, discovery, comparison, and decision support across mobile and desktop. This is a remote job in India with high autonomy and clear impact metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, task analysis) and synthesize insights into actionable problem statements.
  • Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma; maintain scalable component libraries.
  • Run usability testing (moderated/unmoderated); prioritize findings and drive design changes that measurably improve task success.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation; provide redlines, interaction specs, and states.
  • Champion accessibility (WCAG), performance-minded UI, and mobile-first principles; advocate for inclusive patterns.
  • Partner with analytics to define success metrics (completion rate, time-on-task, drop-off) and review results after launch.
  • Stay current with UX patterns relevant to the online gambling industry, especially comprehension, disclosures, and responsible messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven UX/UI portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process: research, IA, flows, prototypes, and shipped work.
  • Proficiency with Figma (components, variants, prototyping) and comfort with tools like Miro, Maze, or similar.
  • Strength in UX research methods and usability testing; ability to translate insights into clear design decisions.
  • Solid grasp of accessibility, responsive design, and performance considerations for mobile-heavy traffic.
  • Excellent communication skills; concise specs and willingness to iterate based on feedback and data.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Indian audience behaviors, payment flows, and device constraints relevant to the online gambling industry.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you’ll ship improvements to at least two key flows—reducing steps, clarifying copy, and improving time-to-decision. You’ll establish lightweight research cadences, a living component library, and a usability scorecard that the team references in planning. Over time, your work increases task completion, decreases drop-off, and raises user confidence metrics.

What We Offer

A design-first environment that values craft and impact. Competitive compensation, remote flexibility, and dedicated time for deep work. You’ll have access to research tools, analytics dashboards, and supportive peers who care about doing the right thing for users.

How to Apply

Send your resume and a portfolio link to [email protected]. Include 2–3 case studies that show the problem, your process, and the outcomes (metrics preferred). If you’re strong on fundamentals and hungry to learn, we’d still like to hear from you.
