About the Team
We help players make informed, responsible choices in the online gambling industry by publishing clear, data-backed reviews and guides tailored to Indian audiences. Our goal is simple: earn user trust through accuracy, transparency, and useful detail. If you enjoy turning hands-on testing into readable insights—and you care about the difference between hype and evidence—you’ll feel at home here.
The Role
As an Online Casino Review Specialist, you will research, test, and write comprehensive reviews of licensed online casinos that serve Indian users. You’ll evaluate platforms across criteria that matter locally—INR payment options, deposit and withdrawal speed, support quality, game libraries, mobile performance, and bonus terms & conditions. You’ll collaborate with editorial, compliance, and analytics to ensure every review is current, fair, and aligned with our style guide. This is a remote job in India with high autonomy, clear expectations, and measurable outcomes.
How You Review (Methodology)
Your reviews are only as strong as your process. You will create and follow structured test plans that cover account creation, KYC flows, payment rails (UPI, IMPS, netbanking, cards, wallets), game discovery, and device testing. You’ll capture evidence—screens, timings, and notes—to support each claim. You will read the fine print on bonuses, wagering requirements, and withdrawal limits, highlighting any gotchas users should know. Where possible, you’ll validate support responsiveness via chat and email, logging time-to-first-response and resolution quality. Each review ends with a balanced verdict—what’s great, what needs work, and who it’s best for—plus a clear scoring rationale.
Responsibilities
- Research, test, and write in-depth reviews with consistent scoring frameworks and transparent pros/cons.
- Assess game variety, providers, RTP visibility, demo access, and mobile UX across devices.
- Audit bonus offers and promotions; explain eligibility, wagering, expiry, and withdrawal rules in plain language.
- Evaluate customer support (chat, email, escalation), including response speed and accuracy.
- Verify INR payment methods and track real-world timings for deposits/withdrawals when feasible.
- Monitor regulatory updates and market trends in the online gambling industry; update reviews as facts change.
- Partner with SEO to align topics and with design to present data clearly (tables, badges, comparison blocks).
Requirements
- Proven experience writing detailed product or platform reviews; gaming or online gambling industry exposure is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex terms into clear, user-first explanations.
- Strong research discipline: note-taking, evidence collection, and version control.
- Editorial rigor with attention to accuracy, balance, and disclosure.
- Comfortable working async in a remote setup; proactive communication and reliable deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indian user preferences, devices, and INR payment flows is advantageous.
What Success Looks Like
Within 90 days, you will have shipped multiple high-quality reviews that meet our editorial standard, including test logs and artifact links. Your work will improve user engagement, reduce bounce on review pages, and increase repeat visits through trustworthy recommendations. Over time, you’ll refine our scoring rubric, contribute comparison templates, and mentor peers on review craft. Success also means owning updates: when a casino changes a bonus or payment policy, your review reflects it quickly and accurately.
What We Offer
A craft-focused editorial culture where clarity beats clickbait. Competitive compensation, remote flexibility, and tools that support deep work—style guides, checklists, and analytics dashboards. You’ll have room to specialize (e.g., live dealer, jackpots, mobile UX) while broadening your skills across data presentation and accessibility. We invest in learning—peer reviews, feedback loops, and periodic audits to keep quality high.
How to Apply
Send your CV and a relevant writing sample to [email protected]. If you have prior reviews, include links or PDFs and a short note on your methodology (how you tested, what you measured, and what you’d improve next time). If you’re early in your journey but can demonstrate strong research habits and crisp writing, we still want to hear from you—the right mindset matters.
